Abbott have discontinued FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors in the UK in September 2025.
Abbott have discontinued the original FreeStyle Libre sensors in the UK on the 31st December 2022.
Select ‘Apply for an Account’ on the homepage of the FreeStyle Libre Pharmacy Portal and complete the registration form. You should receive a response within 48 hours (Monday – Friday)
Via invoice. Accounts must be setup and approved prior to any orders.
All orders must be completed using the FreeStyle Libre Pharmacy Portal. We cannot create orders over the phone.
Orders need to be received by 5.30 pm to allow for next business day delivery (Monday to Friday.) Delivery will be between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday only.
Orders are delivered by UPS UK next business day. Once the order has been processed, an email containing the tracking information will be sent out to the email address registered on the system.
The tracking number can also be found on the invoice generated and can be downloaded from "Order History" section of the FreeStyle Libre Pharmacy Portal.

FreeStyle Libre sensors are exclusively available direct from Abbott through the FreeStyle Libre Pharmacy Portal. The product is not available through wholesalers.
Orders need to be received by Abbott by 5:30 pm the day before required delivery.
